You really enjoyed Halloween this year! A few months ago, I asked you what you wanted to dress up as (a dinosaur? Owlie? Policeman?) and you adamantly said “a fishy!” I asked what kind, and you answered with “purple” and so it was. You stayed with that thought all the way through Halloween, so daddy and I made you a purple fishy costume. It turned out great and held up through daycare (you even slept with it on) and trick or treating. Daddy fulfilled a lifelong goal of getting a full-sized candy bar too! You were both really happy!

We went to Dallas this weekend because our house is up for sale, and we made it to daddy’s favorite German restaurant. Here you are eating the biggest hot dog you’ve ever seen and doing the chicken dance!

Had a great time exploring the Austin Zoo and riding in the train. You weren’t sure about some of the animals but liked looking for them in their cages.
